Welcome to LinkUp, a social event platform for connecting people around real-life activities. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LinkUp Telegram Web App ("Service"), operated by Private Entrepreneur Arsen Badoian, registered in the Republic of Armenia.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LinkUp provides a platform where users can create, share, and participate in local events such as meetups, workshops, or walks. Users may browse events, register for participation, and, where applicable, pay for tickets or participation fees directly through the Service.

3. Payments

Paid events on LinkUp are organized by independent event creators ("Organizers"). Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. When you make a payment, funds are first received by LinkUp on behalf of the Organizer. After the event takes place, LinkUp transfers the received funds (minus the platform's commission) to the Organizer.

By making a payment, you acknowledge that LinkUp acts as a payment intermediary and is not responsible for the actual organization or quality of any event.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are not automated within the Service at this time. However, refunds may be provided in individual cases upon request. To request a refund, please contact the administrator via Telegram at @arsbadoyan.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for respecting the rights of other users and organizers.

LinkUp reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

LinkUp provides the Service "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding event availability, accuracy of listings, or organizer behavior. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Privacy

By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in our Privacy Policy. We collect only the minimum necessary information to operate the Service and facilitate payments.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved under Armenian jurisdiction.
