How do I create an event?
Open the LinkUp app in Telegram, navigate to the "Create Event" section, fill in the details (title, date, location, description), and publish. You can set ticket prices if it's a paid event.
Is LinkUp free to use?
Yes! Creating an account and discovering events is completely free. We only take a small commission on paid tickets sold through our platform.
How do payments work?
Payments are processed securely through our payment partner. When you buy a ticket, the funds are held by LinkUp until after the event takes place, then transferred to the event organizer minus our platform commission.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at @arsbadoyan via Telegram to discuss your specific situation. We process refunds manually to ensure fairness.
How do I join a community?
Browse communities in the app, view their details, and click "Join". Some communities require approval from moderators, while others are open to everyone.
Is my personal information safe?
We take privacy seriously and use industry-standard encryption. We only collect necessary information and never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What if I encounter inappropriate behavior?
Report the user or event directly through the app, or contact us at @arsbadoyan. We take all reports seriously and take action against violators.
